Synopsis

Unmasked is a five-part docuseries following the lives and missions of social justice advocates across Africa doing impactful work to address issues such as poverty, hunger and barriers to healthcare and education. 

The series demonstrates our shared humanity through the lens of compassionate advocates who live by the Ubuntu philosophy, “I am because we are.” Their powerful stories of resilience and sacrifice show how one person’s activism can change the world for many.

The project is fiscally sponsored by The Film Collaborative, a leading nonprofit in the film industry. There are two easy ways to donate, both options are tax-deductible.
